Katie Beatty, Community Engagement Specialist, NAPCP
Before joining the NAPCP, Katie spent more than 10 years of incorporating and implementing payment strategies for large financial institutions and government entities with the focus of process improvement and cost savings. Now she focuses on creating engagement opportunities for members and subscribers of the NAPCP, as well as speaks on commercial card best practices for other associations and at NAPCP events. She has an absolute passion for the outdoors, being the life of the party, her family and of course, Commercial Cards.


Fidel Coutou, Senior Director P2P Shared Services, Rogers Communications Canada Inc.
Fidel Coutou is the Senior Director of P2P Shared Services for Rogers Communications Canada Inc. and has been a Shared Service professional for over 20 years. She also worked as Senior Director Financial Operations at Primus Telecommunications and at SHL/MCI Systemhouse. She is known in the industry as a leader with an exemplary record for delivering solutions, being an agent of change and a forward-thinker elevating productivity through innovation. She served as Chairman of The Institute of Financial Operations and was also President of the Ontario Chapter.
Fidel spends a great deal of her time on her greatest passion which is mentoring young adults.

Her daily mantra: Re-Innovate yourself by working smarter not harder and by doing what is essential.

Ronda Davis, CPCP, Business Data Analyst, SCI
Ronda Davis is an experienced Analyst/ P-Card Program Administrator, currently residing in Houston, Texas. She has over 16 years working with Supply Chain, Legal, Accounting, Business Data Analytics, Offshore and many other departments that coincide in procurement. Throughout her tenure with SCI Ronda has built a reputation as the subject matter expert for her the company’s purchasing card program because of her work in developing card holder policies, administrative procedures, and her extensive knowledge of how all business units’ function with procurement. In 2017 Ronda achieved the Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) credential.

Doug Doucette, Instructor, Mount Royal University
Doug Doucette is a retired lawyer with 37 years of experience in business and law. He holds a B.Sc. in mathematics, completed graduate studies in statistics and holds a D.Jur. from the University of Calgary. Doug’s work in mathematics was primarily in optimization and later in the area of econometrics where he produced original work in the area of inequalities. He transitioned quickly into software and was a senior applications system analyst in transportation optimization, refinery modelling and regression anaysis of seismic data prior to law school. As a lawyer, a large part of his practice was in the area of software and IT contracts of every description. Doug was also General Counsel with one of the largest middle-eastern construction companies where he dealt with issues of corporate governance as well as the development and implementation of policy and procedure and best practices. Upon returning to Canada, Doug began teaching business law and contract management at Mount Royal University in Calgary where he remains today. He has been married for 31 years and has two adult daughters.

Louise Guigue, CPA, CGA, Manager, Financial Services Systems & Disbursements, NAV CANADA
An experienced accounting and finance manager with over 25 years of varied experience. Louise’s work with Tier 1 ERPs across different areas has given her the necessary knowledge and experience to implement and improve P2P, Travel Expense, Corporate Card Administration and Cash Management processes. Her current portfolio also includes system support for GL, and Financial Planning. Continuous improvement goals and the application of new technologies are what drive her. Recent system implementations and process improvements have reduced time and effort in the P2P cycle by half.

Dr. Mahendra Gupta, the Geraldine J. and Robert L. Virgil Professor of Accounting and Management, Olin Business School, Washington University
Dr. Gupta's research has been published in leading academic and practitioner journals. He has served on several editorial boards and has been a frequent speaker at research workshops and commercial card User and issuer conferences worldwide. He has been a consultant to various firms and government agencies and serves on various corporate and not-for-profit boards.


DAY TWO GENERAL SESSION SPEAKER
Trish Huston, Speaker | Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher
Trish is a Registered Yoga and Meditation teacher, a graduate of theatre school and a lifelong student. She is curious about how we can continue to be conscious and aware amidst the distractions we constantly face. Her passion for sharing mindfulness and stress management comes from her own experience of having worked in the corporate and non-profit sector. During this time, she experienced the incredible benefits of having a mindfulness practice. She was more energized, happy and focused and felt better equipped to manage the stresses of her work. Her passion is sharing the transformative benefits of simple mindful practices with a wider audience: from being more efficient at work and kinder in our relationships, to experiencing less stress and burnout on a daily basis.

Lezly Johnson, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst, Waterloo Catholic District School Board
Lezly Johnson has more than 10 years of experience with the P-Card program. With a strong background in School Board Finance, Lezly moved over to Procurement and obtained the CPPB (Certified Professional Public Buyer) Designation from UPPCC in 2014. Lezly is a member of the NIGP, OPBA Chapter, the OASBO Pcard User Group and a number of cooperative purchasing groups. Lezly has participated as an evaluator for P-Card RFPs both for the WCDSB and most recently Cooperative Buying Group. Lezly has spoken to a number of Ontario School Boards with suggestions on how to grow their program given their current environment.

Terri J.B. Moreno, GTP, Travel Manager, Anaren, Inc.
Terri J.B. Moreno, GTP, is travel manager at Anaren, Inc. With over 15 years in the corporate travel industry, her responsibilities include Travel Card administrator, as well as travel expense auditor. Terri serves on the board of directors of the Upstate New York Chapter of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) and volunteers at its annual convention. Having recently achieved the designation of Global Travel Professional (GTP), Terri is also a recipient of the 2016 GBTA Chapter President’s Council Scholarship. Terri recently spoke at the 2017 NAPCP Annual Conference and is on the NAPCP Travel Advisory Team. 


Melissa Moss, Product Development Manager, TSYS
Melissa Moss is a product development manager for the TSYS Commercial Business Development team. Currently she is a leader in product development and strategy and often collaborates with other payment industry experts. She is experienced in managing financial services products throughout several phases of the product management lifecycle, from launch to market entry. In her tenure at TSYS, Moss has contributed to multiple key product development initiatives, including strategic ePayables products and services in market. She was responsible for the successful design, development and management of TSYS Supplier Enrollment and Enablement service. Prior to joining TSYS, Moss was a finance practitioner and has gained experience in human resources and risk/compliance. Moss holds a B.A. in finance from Columbus State University. Rita Orsatti, Accounts Payable Manager, Sinai Health System, Mount Sinai Hospital

Rita Orsatti is a Finance professional with over 20 years of experience in Accounts Payable. She has had the opportunity to lead the implementation and process development of a variety of travel & entertainment and procurement card programs. Rita is currently the Manager of Accounts Payable for Sinai Health System, Mount Sinai Hospital where she manages the VISA Procurement Card program and has led the successful implementation of the Scotiabank VISA Automated Payables program.


Annemarie Reininger, Managing Director, ARC – A. Reininger Consulting
A skilled senior executive with over 25 years of Supplier Relationship Management and Strategic Sourcing in Business Travel & Expense Management who brings the right blend of strategic expertise and a well-rounded perspective from holding senior management positions both on the supplier and buyer sides of the business travel industry.

A recognized leader in the industry with an impressive array of past career experiences and accomplishments with fortune 500 companies such as American Express, Four Seasons Hotels, Ritz Carlton Hotels, MDS Inc. and former Board of Director’s member of ACTE (Association of Corporate Travel Executives). BTN (Business Travel News) has quoted Annemarie as “one of the most identifiable personalities in the Canadian business travel management profession, symbolizing her as a consummate leader."

Today, Annemarie is the Managing Director of A. Reininger Consulting, an independent management consultancy firm that partners with both the buyer and supplier leaders within the business travel industry as well as the strategic sourcing industry to solve the most complex business challenges that drive results by identifying and analyzing opportunities to improve their bottom-line.

Lilia Tanjuakio, MBA, Director, Finance, Deloitte Canada
Lilia Tanjuakio, MBA, is a Deloitte finance director responsible for providing strategic direction and managing the P2P and travel and expense process. With over 20 years of experience in process excellence, she is responsible for defining and implementing strategies on streamlining processes and maximizing value, including implementation of ePayables to the whole organization (e.g., P-Card, central bill, A2P and Corporate Card). She is also responsible for securing executive buy-in to support the e-Payables initiative.

In addition, she has been responsible for delivering multi-million-dollar savings realized from taking the ePayables strategy to reality. This did not only support the organization’s vision, but also improved relationships with the vendors.
