If you're currently exploring—or interested in pursuing—the credential, start here: read the handbook (very important), review point-eligible endeavors and access the application forms.	Once approved to take the exam, begin preparing: schedule your exam appointment as soon as possible, review the exam content outline, obtain study tips and consider the reading references.	Once earned, the credential is valid for a three-year period. CPCPs should understand the requirements: how to denote CPCP status, the code of ethics, recertification methods and point-eligible endeavors.
