*All exhibits must be contained to the tabletop provided. Booths are limited to the 6 ft skirted table provided in one's area. Promotional materials may not block the view of the other exhibits. Fixtures designed for the floor may not be placed on the table tops. Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of A/V, electrical and internet. Please see the reverse of the contract for further details on policies and physical regulations. |
