The Opportunity Looking for one-on-one time with your current clients and new leads during the conference? We will provide meeting space in breakout rooms where you can conduct business meetings with clients and leads (meetings will take place in 3 to 4 breakout rooms, meaning providers will share rooms). Your contact information will be listed on our website allowing attendees to pre-schedule appointments with you. Why wait until after the conference to move leads to the next level?

  • one-on-one meetings are available to all providers
  • meeting fee is waived for NAPCP Year-Round Partner Sponsors at Silver level and above
  • the provider organization identifies the point of contact for their organization. The organization, point of contact and contact information will be listed on the NAPCP website, along with information promoting the opportunity
  • the NAPCP will promote one-on-one meetings via e-mail and other conference marketing materials
