What's Happening with Interchange?
Interchange has received a lot of attention worldwide and the debate heated up in the U.S. in recent years. Most notably, in 2010, debit interchange regulation was addressed within the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which includes what is known as the Durbin Amendment.
