Providers, Get Involved!
The NAPCP encourages provider members and subscribers alike to explore opportunities to get involved with the association. Through some activities, you can also earn points toward Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) eligibility or recertification. Please review a description of participation opportunities, then complete the online form to specify your interests.
As a Partner Sponsor, you will receive invaluable year-round exposure to our members, subscribers and website visitors. Our dedicated "Partner Sponsors" webpage includes your company logo, description and a hyperlink directly to your website 365 days a year—not just during the conference promotional period like many other associations.
Annual Commercial Card and Payment Conference
The NAPCP Annual Commercial Card and Payment Conference is held in a different city each spring (usually April) for three to four days. Breakout session speaking roles are typically assigned to presenters from end-user organizations; however, we encourage all members and subscribers to submit a proposal during our Call for Presenters, held in September each year. Higher levels of NAPCP Partner Sponsorship include the opportunity to conduct a breakout session at the Annual Conference.
Provider organizations should also explore opportunities to participate in the Exhibit Hall, demonstrate products or technology, or sponsor a networking event to gain exposure during the Annual Conference.
The webinar speaker role
is similar to an "in-person" role, as the speaker must prepare a electronic presentation. Delivery is conducted remotely, which presents a different dynamic than speaking to a live audience. The NAPCP typically offers a webinar each month. The NAPCP accepts proposals year-round for speaking opportunities
. Please submit a separate proposal for each topic you would like to propose.

NAPCP Website Content
The NAPCP welcomes and invites industry professionals to submit content and/or articles suitable for the Resource Center, quarterly newsletter or periodic TransAct! e-mail. Content, subject to NAPCP review and approval, must be educational and not sales-oriented. Examples include card-program-related best practices, case studies, program management tips and tools, and policies and procedures. Click here for complete submission guidelines for the Resource Center and NAPCP E-News. Visit the TransAct! page to review archived editions, the editorial calendar and a graphical description of areas open to contributions.
The NAPCP Regional Forums are one-day events offered several times each year; attendance ranges from 25-40 participants per forum. Providers are encouraged to attend; in addition, provider organizations can also be Regional Forum sponsors, companies that contribute financial support and fulfill other support roles, as determined by the NAPCP. Please contact us for more information.
The eNetworking tool (for members only—end-users and providers) is designed to allow an online exchange of Commercial Card tips, guidance and education. Participate in eNetworking to demonstrate your expertise and help end-user members solve a problem or tackle a challenge.
