Katie is the Community Engagement Specialist for the NAPCP. Before joining the NAPCP, Kate spent more than 10 years of incorporating and implementing payment strategies for large financial institutions and government entities with the focus of process improvement and cost savings. Now she focuses on creating engagement opportunities for members and subscribers of the NAPCP, as well as speaks on commercial card best practices for other associations and at NAPCP events. She has an absolute passion for the outdoors, being the life of the party, her family and of course, commercial cards.



Building Blocks | Implementing a P-Card Program

Whether you are new to P-Cards or are looking to rebuild the foundation of your existing program, this workshop will teach you the building blocks on how to implement a sound, sturdy and effective P-Card program. We will dive deep into program logistics, learn how to establish effective strategies and polices, develop a clear understanding of regulatory requirements and learn how to implement and manage a program you and your organization can be proud of.

  • how to develop a program model
  • how to survive the RFP process
  • creating sound policies and procedures

Cancellation Policy for Pre-Conference Workshop

If you need to cancel your registration, you must send an
e-mail to There are three available options:

  • Request to transfer your registration to a delegate of equal membership status.
  • Cancel and request a future event credit (FEC) to apply toward another NAPCP event during the next 12 months.
  • Cancel your registration and request a refund. A partial refund will be issued for cancellations made one week prior to the event start date. A 50% administrative fee applies.
  • Registered delegates who do not attend or cancel less than one week prior to the event, are liable for the entire registration fee; no refunds or FEC will be given.

WORKSHOP CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: The NAPCP reserves the right to make changes in session and speakers or to cancel the workshop if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. The NAPCP will make every effort to contact each registered individual if the workshop is cancelled. If the workshop is not held for any reason, the NAPCP's liability is limited to the refund of the workshop fee only.
