As part of its core mission, the NAPCP sponsors research and publishes timely and relevant white papers, survey results and other documents. Collaborating with our partners, we undertake these projects to support Commercial Card and Payment professionals working in the trenches, and the providers who serve them. During this presentation, we'll introduce you to the NAPCP and its resources available to you and share a snap shot of recent survey findings that give you a pulse of the industry today including:

About the presenter:
Terri Brustad, CPCP, is the Manager of Content Services. With over 15 years of Commercial Card experience, Terri oversees the delivery of current industry content by means of new website resources. She is also responsible for selecting webinar and conference speakers with a focus on important industry topics. Prior to NAPCP, Terri's emphases included program expansion through ePayables and supplier recruitment, improving overall cost savings and streamlining audit processes at the City of Arvada. Realizing the importance of local networking, she founded the Colorado Public P-Card Group (CPPG). Terri has presented on industry topics throughout her career and continues to do so representing the NAPCP.

About the presenter:
Orson is the Visa Public Sector lead for state and local governments and higher education institutions. He is a subject matter expert in card programs within the public sector and supports the 41 state purchase programs with Visa as well as the wide array of local government programs tied to the state or with an issuer consortia. Prior to coming to Visa, Orson was a relationship manager for Bank of America covering the state of Georgia. Orson lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.

Eric Grossman, CPCP, Corporate Card Program Administrator, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Before expansion, you need a solid P-Card program. Often, organizations are too quick to grow their programs when they don't have a solid foundation set. The efficiencies gained and the steps taken to manage an optimized program are invaluable. Join Eric in an interactive session on how to master the basics, including:
-customer service and communication
-MCC review and tracking
-daily management techniques
-assessing readiness to go global

About the presenter:
Eric Grossman joined Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. in 2015 as the Corporate Card program administrator. He has 10 years of card program management experience, including eight years administering/managing a national P-Card program and Corporate Card program, and two years managing a global Corporate Card program which includes T&E, P-Card and Meeting Cards. In 2016, Eric achieved the Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) credential.

Speaker: Cynthia Urick, MA, CPSM, Contracts & Purchasing Manager and Pat Hearty, Program Administrator, Swarthmore College

Growing your P-Card program can become a chore and sometimes a bore. How do you ensure that you are growing your program successfully? How to ensure that you are growing it conscientiously based on your organization's values? Join Cynthia and Pat to learn how to:
-review your current program and revise using industry best standards
-use P-Card data to identify and correct pain points
-communicate a plan to keep all P-Card policies, procedures and manuals a living document

About the presenter: 
For the past two years, Cindy Urick, CPSM, has served as Contracts and Purchasing Manager for Swarthmore College, Swarthmore, PA and previously as the Purchasing Manager at Alvernia University. She has worked in the field of procurement for 18 years, encompassing all aspects of purchasing, including P-Card administration, business process redesign, e-commerce solutions, policy and procedures, capital building projects and contract administration. Cindy has been a member of NAPCP for one year and has been an active volunteer and member of the National Association of Educational Procurement through most of her career. She has a BS in Organizational Psychology from Albright College, a MA in Counseling from Alvernia University and is a Certified Professional in Supply Management from the Institute of Supply Management. In addition, Cindy is a licensed behavioral specialist and has worked six years in the field of behavioral health as a counselor.

Please note: We have a capacity of 60 attendees. In the event the forum is at capacity, the NAPCP reserves the right to limit registration to one attendee per provider organization.

NAPCP CANCELLATION POLICY
: If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. A partial refund will be issued for cancellations made more than one week prior to the start of the event. An administration fee, equal to 50% of the registration fee, applies.
Registered delegates who do not attend or cancel less than one week prior to the event are liable for the entire fee. Cancellations must be in writing to  heidi_kaliher@napcp.org.

PROGRAM CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: The NAPCP reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. The NAPCP will make every effort to contact each enrollee if a program is cancelled. If a program is not held for any reason, the NAPCP's liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only.
