ePayables affords companies the opportunity to further replace checks with card payments, and enable large dollar payments on cards. While these goals are desirable to most companies, bank promises of fully automated card payments leveraging an account payable file, have often led to more reconciliation than with check payments. Some ePayables systems are wrought with pitfalls while others offer technology to deliver fully electronic card payments. It is important to understand the difference before developing an ePayables program or to extricate yourself from the reconciliation you may be currently plagued with.

Attendees will:

  • understand why all ePayables systems are not created equal
  • learn what you can do to eliminate reconciliation challenges associated with card payments
  • view a demonstration of a fully automated card payment systemno reconciliation needed
Target Audience

This complimentary virtual demonstration is geared to card program managers and accounts payable professionals who are utilizing an ePayable program or are interested in starting one.

This 60-minute presentation is open to end-users only.
