Proposal Template

Download the Proposal Template for Conference Approval (MS-Word) and follow the steps to make the case for attendance. We call it the "Just Ask" campaign. In previous years, attendees have used the proposal template and reported back, "It worked for me!"

Four easy steps to a smooth conference registration:

1 NAPCP members and complimentary subscribers are welcome to register for any NAPCP event; however, you must sign in first using your username and password. (Not an NAPCP member or complimentary subscriber? Join the NAPCP now and wait for approval notification.)

2 Update your profile before you register so your most current information pre-populates the registration form fields.

3 Register for the Annual Conference and name two buddies on your own registration form (tell me more about the buddy program).

4 Learn more about three pre-conference workshops available this year. (Separate registration and fee required.)

Bring-a-Buddy Program

End-users and providers are welcome to invite one or two Commercial Card and payment professionals from anywhere in the world to attend the conference at the buddy rate.

For each regular, fully paid member or non-member registration, you may name one or two "buddies" (regardless of their membership status). These individuals will receive an invitation from the NAPCP to register at the rate of $995. If you have already registered and didn't name buddies on your registration form, it's not too late. Continuing Education Points

Annual Conference attendees earn three Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) points toward initial eligibility or recertification; speakers earn an additional one point.
