How to Successfully Combine a "Two Card" Program into a "One Card" Program
Johnna Hayes, Corporate Payables Accounting Manager, Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
During her time at Lowe’s Companies, Johnna Hayes has had the fortune of serving on the leadership team that implemented the Lowe’s P-Card program. In addition to managing the P-Card program from the beginning, she managed the Travel Card program from 1998 to 2008. In 2008, Lowe’s made the decision to move from a "two card" program (Travel Card and P-Card) to a "One Card" program. The P-Card program was selected as the single Travel/Purchase Card program for Lowe’s and currently has an annual spend of approximately $239 million.
In her presentation, Johnna will explore and share:
Deciding factors in migrating to a One Card program
Challenges and benefits of combining two card programs
The debate over corporate vs. individual liability
Managing the change for cardholders
