Use this page to plan your participation at the 17th Annual NAPCP Conference. Complimentary Conference Registration ; Received
American Express receives a total of (10) complimentary conference passes (4 with gold partnership, 1 with exhibit contract, 1 with Partner Sponsor education session, 1 with Provider Breakout or Demo session and 3 with Pick 2 option.) The pass is *full conference access and can be used by employees or clients and/or prospects
*exception is Members' Only event held on Wednesday, April 13; this event is for paying NAPCP members only, not complimentary subscribers 

Members Only Reception
American Express receives (2) passes to the Members' Only Reception on Wednesday, April 13 from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Passes will be given to Pilar onsite at the conference. 

Please select TWO from your choice of the following and let Laura Flandrick or Kara Austrum know your selection...On 2.4.16, additional passes were selected
Regional Forum sponsorship OR (3) additional conference passes OR (4) additional NAPCP memberships

You also have the choice to either conduct a Provider Breakout or Demonstration with a speaker pass at the conference OR another conference pass OR conduct a virtual demonstration. These choices will dictate the total number of complimentary passes American Express receives for the conference. 

How To Register Complimentary
Step 1: Identify who will be using the pass 
Step 2: Download the registration spreadsheet. Input the required information and save.
Step 3: Upload the spreadsheet at the bottom of the page and submit. Step 3 needs to be completed by March 8, 2016.
Once the spreadsheet is submitted, Kara Austrum with the NAPCP will send each individual the link to register complimentary. Uploading this spreadsheet DOES NOT complete their conference registration. It is important for individuals to register themselves to ensure accurate information and preferences while at the conference.

Paying Conference Registrations
All who wish to attend the conference in a paying capacity, will need to register themselves through the website registration system. Rates apply based on an individual's NAPCP membership status and time of registration (view registration rates). 

If you are responsible for registering and paying for colleagues or clients please contact Myra Smith. She will send you a separate invoice for the bulk registration fees dependent on current registration rates and their membership status. Contact Myra Smith at or (952) 549-1880 x4.

Preferred Registration Check In for Clients and Staff *Update: Will do
American Express receives a dedicated registration check in area to greet clients and staff. This is a branded, dedicated registration area separate from the regular conference registration check in. Please let Kara Austrum know if you will take advantage of this benefit.

Attendee List
The NAPCP will provide Pilar Vigil with the registration list on February 29, 2016, the close of regular registration. The registration list will include name and company.

Who's Attending
The NAPCP posts the attendee organizations for your review. Beginning November 2015, the NAPCP will post the organization list monthly and then bi-monthly come February 2016. Come November, click here to view attending organizations.

Expected Attendance
Over the last 4 years, the average attendance has been 600. This includes all speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and attendees. The breakdown is 60% are end-users, 40% are providers. This translates to approximately 360 end-users and 240 providers. 
Hotel Information and Reservations
The Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina is the venue for the 2016 conference. The NAPCP has negotiated a conference group discount rate of $189 per night, plus tax. This rate is available until March 8, 2016. Check out all hotel details here and take advantage of the online booking system to make hotel reservations direct with the Tampa Marriott.

Exhibit Table Selection
American Express has (2) exhibit tables measuring 12' in total length. American Express has selected #28. Beginning January 2, 2016, routing for table selection will begin. Priority for selecting is first given to year-round partner sponsors, followed by history of sponsorship at the conference over time, followed by date of exhibit contract received. Routing goes one by one.

Provider Breakout or Demonstration Session or Complimentary Conference Pass or Virtual Demonstration *Update: American Express will conduct a session at the conference
Contracts, titles and descriptions are due by January 29, 2016 to be included in the conference printed program. Description received after January 29 are not guaranteed to be included in the program rather will be included in the printed conference addendum, received by all attendees. Click here to download the session template. These sessions take place on Tuesday, April 12 and Wednesday, April 13. The NAPCP will supply the presentation room, seating for attendees, screen, projector, podium, microphone, remote clicker, AV cart and internet.The NAPCP will NOT supply a laptop. Speakers must supply their own laptop or presentation device. Also, if presenting on a device other than a laptop, ex: Surface, iPad, is HIGHLY recommended the speaker bring their own doggle (adapter) to connect to the projector. The NAPCP provides VGA connectors from device to projector.

The NAPCP does not need to see the presentation deck prior to the conference and presentations can be created on one's own power point slide template.  

The NAPCP advertises in the printed program as well as printed signage outside the meeting room that these sessions are for end-users only. It is the responsibility of the presenting company to monitor who is in their session. The NAPCP and session hosts are not responsible for monitoring attendance. All provider conference attendees are identified as Provider on their name badge.

Partner Sponsor Educational Breakout Session
You receive a 45 minute educational breakout session. Your contact for that session is Terri Brustad. Please have your completed session title, description and key takeaways to Terri by January 29, 2016 to ensure you are included in the conference printed program.

You may have whomever speak / conduct the session but this session allots you one complimentary pass. The NAPCP will review the content to make sure it is educational. The NAPCP will supply the power point deck template to be used to build the presentation.

Hot Topic Discussion 

American Express receives sponsorship of a Hot Topic discussion breakout session. American Express may provide ideas on topic to the NAPCP as well as be open to the NAPCP providing guidance on topic. Please have topic confirmed by January 29, 2016. 

Hot Topics will take place either on Tuesday, April 12 for 45 minutes or Wednesday, April 13 for 45 minutes. The NAPCP will provide American Express date, time and room location a month prior to the conference. A complimentary conference pass is not included with a Hot 
Topic sponsorship. 

Hot Topic will be Tuesday, April 12 from 4:15 - 5:00 p.m. in Salon E on the 2nd level.

Please provide the name and contact information of an American Express representative for end-users to reach out to and set up One-on-One meetings while at the conference.The NAPCP will provide the room name and location of your meeting room.

Please consider donating an attendee appreciation gift (received by end-users only). These gifts will be drawn on Wednesday, April 13 at 8:45 a.m.before the morning General Session. Sponsoring companies will be recognized on projection screens and by the emcee.
