Thursday, June 12, 2014   (0 Comments)

At the 2013 NAPCP U.S. Commercial Card Conference in Palm Springs, CA, a break-out session was conducted “What is OFAC and How it Could Affect Your Program.” The session generated much discussion and we continue to receive inquiries regarding the impact of OFAC and the Patriot Act. As a result, the NAPCP and its’ Government & K-12 Advisory Council has written Commercial Card Issues Resulting from the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Patriot Act.
