TransAct! Newsletter Discusses the Importance of Involving Senior Management

Friday, December 18, 2015   (0 Comments)
Posted by: Terri Brustad

The December 2015 issue of TransAct! includes the American Express feature article of "The Well-Connected Treasurer" which discusses the value of keeping senior management aware of the status of your Commercial Card program. Providing consistent program reporting to all stakeholders can take your program to the next level as senior management realizes the benefits of cost savings and efficiency enhancements your program is adding to your organization. We invite you to participate in the associated poll available through Friday, January 8, 2016.

An article titled "Building Internal Advocacy," by Ann Watkins of Zep Inc., provides steps to follow to launch or relaunch a Commercial Card program. Following the steps of creating a charter, identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and then involving all stakeholders, including senior management, in the process will help lead to a successful outcome.

Registration is open for the January 2016 NAPCP Canadian Commercial Card & Payment Conference and the Leeds, United Kingdom, Regional Forum in March.

Archived editions of the TransAct! newsletter are accessible to NAPCP members only, but an abbreviated edition was emailed on December 18, 2015 to members and complimentary subscribers. Become a member today for complete access.
