TransAct! Newsletter Offers Program Management Food for Thought

Posted by: Terri Brustad

The January 2016 edition of the TransAct! considers aspects of program management. Does your organization have the right people in place within your P-Card team to run a successful program? This team has program responsibility not only during implementation, but throughout the life of the program. Within this edition we dig further into three areas of focus that are not normally at the forefront:

  • Accounts Payable and Procurement collaboration
  • the P-Card Administrator—the face of the P-Card program
  • the need to develop a great working relationship with your provider

An associated poll "Support of the P-Card Program" is open through February 5, 2016.

Registration is open for the Leeds, United Kingdom, Regional Forum in March, the April 2016 U.S. Annual Commercial Card and Payment Conference in Tampa, Florida and the European Commercial Card and Payment Conference in London, England in June.

The Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) certification exam will be offered during the conference in Tampa.

Archived editions of the TransAct! newsletter are accessible to NAPCP members only, but an abbreviated edition was emailed on January 21, 2016, to members and complimentary subscribers. Become a member today for complete access.
