In the book, "Good to Great" the author, Jim Collins, coins the phrase, "Get the right people on the bus, the wrong people off the bus, and the right people in the right seats."
Does your organization have the right people in place within your P-Card team to run a successful program? This team has program responsibility not only during implementation, but throughout the life of the program.
