Commercial payments technology leader marks 20 years of service to financial institutions, government agencies and corporate end-users
CHANTILLY, Va. — July 19, 2016 — AOC Solutions, a leading provider of commercial payments technology, celebrates 20 years in business this month. Over the past two decades, AOC Solutions has transformed from an industry startup to the global payments innovator that it is today.
In 1996, after retiring from a 24-year career in the U.S. Army, Allen O. Cage Jr. founded AOC Solutions with a vision to provide best-in-class commercial payments solutions and spearhead a new era in B2B payments technology.
EnCompass®, AOC’s flagship commercial payments platform, launched in 2005. Today, over 16,000 organizations use EnCompass to pay their suppliers through automated e-payments, including B2B payments made by virtual card, P-card, check, ACH and wire. This web-based platform also supports international payments, allowing for multi-currency, multi-language and respective localization.

In November 2015, AOC Solutions partnered with companion company 3Delta Systems to launch AR-Exchange®, an online supplier portal that facilitates the transmission, receipt and management of payment remittance details from buyers to suppliers.
In addition to offering payments technology solutions, in 2000 AOC Solutions also established a company division dedicated to Federal Financial Management, providing accounting, audit and consulting services to government agencies.
