New ADA Rules for Increased Digital Accessibility

New Rules in Effect Today for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act 

As of Jan. 18, all websites used by the federal government and its employees to order goods must be accessible to users with visual, auditory, motor or cognitive disabilities. All online retailers that count the government or a government agency as a customer are required to be compliant by law.
