A second quarter 2010 report released by the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City examines the changing nature of U.S. card payment fraud. While the 33-page report is not exclusive to Commercial Cards (it includes consumer card payments), the content is educational, reviewing:

  • the card payment approval process and related security vulnerabilities
  • how criminals obtain and use payment information
  • initiatives to combat fraud
