Fed will meet June 29 to finalize debit interchange

Since the July 2010 passage of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the industry has been closely watching how the Federal Reserve addresses debit interchange, as directed by the "Durbin Amendment" in the Act. The wait should be over next week, as a result of the June 29 meeting.
