The Senate, like the House, voted to repeal 3% withholding tax associated with TIPRA

First, as part of H.R. 674, the House voted to repeal the 3% withholding tax associated with TIPRA. Then, on November 10, 2011, the Senate unanimously voted the same, passing H.R. 674 as part of S. Amendment 927 and moving a repeal one step closer to reality.
