TIPRA repealed as bill becomes law

It's official! President Obama signed H.R. 674—known as the Three Percent Withholding Repeal and Job Creation Act—into law today, which, in effect, repeals the Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act (TIPRA).

The House and Senate had voted in favor of the repeal in October and November, respectively.
