Provider Breakout or Demonstration Sessions


The Opportunity You are able to demonstrate solutions and products specific to your organization or present thought leadership education in the Commercial Card industry. The choice is yours! It's your opportunity to highlight your company.

The opportunity allows your 
organization to gain the undivided attention of the NAPCP’s targeted end-user audience. You have control over
 the content, message and power point template used.

All Provider Breakout or Demonstrations will occur the first two full days of the conference with three tracks dedicated to these sessions. These sessions will not be scheduled on the last day.

Tuesday, April 11

The first session will begin at 10:15 a.m. The last session of the day will begin at 4:15 p.m.

Wednesday, April 12

The first session will begin at 10:30 a.m. The last session of the day will begin at 3:45 p.m.

Preference on date and time for scheduling is given first to Year-Round Partner Sponsors followed by sponsor history at the conference over time, date of signed contract as well as looking at the overall conference agenda to ensure non-competing sessions on similar topics during the same time slot.

Provider Breakout or Demonstration Package Includes
  • a 45-minute session
  • one complimentary conference pass for your session speaker
  • seating for 50 attendees
  • LCD projector and screen

  • internet connection
  • listing in the conference printed program Product & Technology Demonstration section, including full-color logo and 150-word demo description (payment and contract due by January 27, 2017)

    NOTE: Speakers must supply their own laptop computer. Also, if presenting on a device other than a laptop, ex: Surface, iPad, is HIGHLY recommended the speaker bring their own doggle (adapter) to connect to the projector. The NAPCP provides VGA connectors from device to projector.

Important Details

Payment. A signed contract and full payment will be required of confirmed presenting organizations. Payment is due on or before January 27, 2017. In the event space reservation is not finalized or payment is not received, space reservation is subject to termination and the NAPCP may then re-assign the space to applicants on the waiting list. Please note that speakers will not receive any of the listed benefits prior to receiving full payment.

Time Slot of Session: The NAPCP will determine placement on the agenda and inform presenting organizations. Preference is given to year-round partner sponsors, history of participation at the Annual Conference, along with date of signed contract and payment received. 

Security. Each presenting organization will be responsible for providing their own security to monitor and/or restrict attendance. The NAPCP, their employees, and agents are not responsible for the entrance of attendees from competing entities and any other security mishaps.

Cancellation Policy. You will receive a 50% refund if your cancellation notice is received on or before January 27, 2017. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after January 27, 2017. In the event the conference is cancelled by the NAPCP for any reason, the liability of the NAPCP shall be limited to a refund of all monies paid by the presenting organization.

Technology: Each presenter needs to supply their own presentation device along with power source and adapter to connect to projector. The NAPCP supplies VGA adapters.
