State of Florida Public Records Statement by the NAPCP - s. 119.1 (3)

As required by s.119.01 (3), Florida Statutes, upon receipt of membership dues paid by agencies within the State of Florida to the National Association of Purchasing Card Professionals (NAPCP), all financial, business and membership records pertaining to the State of Florida and its agencies held by the NAPCP shall be public records and made available for public inspection as provided by s. 119.07, Florida Statutes.

The membership fee charged to agencies within the State of Florida is for individual membership. I certify in accordance with x.216.345, Florida Statutes, that the NAPCP does not offer institutional memberships. However, memberships can be transferred to other individuals within the state agencies.
