The NAPCP is an end-user-focused professional association committed to advancing Commercial Card and Payment professionals and industry practices worldwide. NAPCP is very unique in its non-biased role educating across various Commercial Card and Payment solutions. NAPCP is an impartial voice within the industry trusted within our membership/subscriber base of more than 14,000 decision makers (70% end-user/30% provider ratio). In the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region alone, the NAPCP has more than 2,026 members and subscribers (80% end-user/ 20% provider ratio).

Currently, there is no directly similar organisation within the European business-to-business market offering much needed end-user based knowledge regarding the efficiencies provided within a complete commercial payment solution set. These may include: process efficiencies, visibility, risk controls, and working capital management.

Event Objective

Many users in the European market are missing out on the opportunity of an optimised Corporate Card and Payment system. To meet this critical need for education, NAPCP is offering an educational experience, focused on end-user needs, that will provide attendees with a well-rounded focus on three key areas:

  • education on key issues that perpetuate successful payments strategy:
    • definition of the Commercial Card and Payment solution set (past, present and future), along with valuable business cases for risk control, and an examination of common misperceptions
    • business cases for payments optimisation
  • product demonstrations from our sponsors – showcasing products, technology and services that are critical to success
  • networking opportunities within the end-user community as well as for our sponsors
Target Audience

We expect to have approximately 50–100 corporate and provider attendees. These attendees will be those who, either directly or indirectly, have a major influence over their organisations’ payment strategies and decision-making processes. Those who would benefit from the planned agenda include CFO-level, Treasury, Accounting, Procurement and Accounts Payable professionals.

100% of our 2015 attendees surveyed said they would attend this event again.
