Gaining Management Buy-In for Your Commercial Card and Payment Strategy

Achieving buy-in of the card program, especially by management, is a frequently cited challenge by the NAPCP's end-user audience. The concern is justifiable. Lack of buy-in can result in a static card program or the elimination of the program altogether. Use the resources below to help you conquer this challenge.

To gain management support, approaches include: providing education on the benefits of card solutions, presenting a clear business case on the value of the program and making program metrics available on an ongoing basis.
