Speaker Biographies

Niles D. Daniels, Purchase-to-Pay Operations Manager, BP PLC
Niles Daniels currently leads BP’s purchase-to-pay operations team and his responsibilities include overseeing the global commercial card programme that includes the Travel Card, Purchasing Card, supplier account, meeting card and other payment tools. Over the past 25+ years, Niles has held various finance, planning, procurement and strategy leadership positions across BP’s exploration and production, refining and marketing, and petrochemical businesses as well as numerous corporate function roles. These assignments also included responsibility for information technology, storehouse, distribution and shipping.

Vincent Eavis, Senior Partner, PayTech
Vince is a senior industry veteran who began his career in credit management with GE Capital in Europe before moving to Diners Club Europe where he was responsible for Lodged Product Business Development. As Managing Director with Citigroup—Commercial Cards & Public Sector Cash Management, EMEA—Vince significantly grew Citi's global Commercial Card business before joining PayTech Consulting in January 2009. In his consulting role, Vince undertakes work for Visa, banks, global corporate clients, and third-party TMC's, EMS providers and data consolidators. He is currently a board member of ACTE Centre of Research & Education.

Laura Flandrick, Managing Director, NAPCP
Before co-founding the NAPCP, Laura Flandrick managed Cargill’s award-winning Purchasing Card program and acted as Cargill’s eCommerce Supplier Relationship Manager. Laura also held positions in Cargill’s Tax and International Financial Reporting groups. Laura received her undergraduate degree in accounting and she holds a certified public accountant certificate.
Grant Lewis, Procurement Manager, Reed Elsevier
Grant Lewis has seven years of P-Card experience, with increasing responsibility from P-Card administrator to his current role as Program manager. In June 2010, his job role expanded into Corporate T&E card administration supporting all divisions of Reed Elsevier in North America. Grant has 11 years of experience in the procurement field. He holds a BSBA from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Wright State University. Along their journey, Reed Elsevier won the Best Procurement Team award in 2011 and Transformation award in 2012 from Procurement Leaders.
Diane McGuire, Managing Director, NAPCP
Before co-founding the NAPCP, Diane McGuire implemented and managed Cargill's award-winning Purchasing Card program. Diane also held several financial manager positions within Cargill's business units. Diane received her undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and her MBA from Rutgers University.
Martin Stevens, Procurement Manager, Reed Elsevier
Martin Stevens has been a member of the NAPCP for the last few years and is currently working for FTSE 100 organisation Reed Elsevier, where he has held numerous procurement roles. He initially set up a procurement function in one of its divisions. Prior to this, he was a supplier manager at Thales. Martin has 15 years of procurement experience. He has an Advanced diploma in procurement and supply.
