As part of its core mission, the NAPCP sponsors research and publishes timely and relevant white papers, survey results and other documents. Collaborating with our partners, we undertake these projects to support Commercial Card and Payment professionals working in the trenches, and the providers who serve them. Terri will provide an update on NAPCP initiatives and feature the latest information in the industry. Details will include:

-recent survey findings in the Supplier Acceptance of P-Card and ePayables Payments report conducted by NAPCP and Accenture
-highlights from the NAPCP reports of Purchasing Card Best Practices and Optimizing Revenue Sharing
-special emphasis on the latest resources for managing a Commercial Card program
 

About the presenter:
Terri Brustad, CPCP, is the manager of Content Services. With over 15 years of Commercial Card experience, Terri oversees the delivery of current industry content by means of new website resources. She is also responsible for selecting webinar and conference speakers with a focus on important industry topics. Prior to NAPCP, Terri's emphases included program expansion through ePayables and supplier recruitment, improving overall cost savings and streamlining audit processes at the City of Arvada. Realizing the importance of local networking, she founded the Colorado Public P-Card Group (CPPG). Terri has presented on industry topics throughout her career and continues to do so representing the NAPCP.

You've done it! Your P-Card program has gained organizational acceptance. P-Card transactions and spend are up, leadership is pleased with the efficiencies gained and cardholders have fully embraced the new payment method. That is when it's critical to stay in control. Attendees will learn how:

-one agency redefined its P-Card program after hard-hitting internal audit
-evaluating processes and forms, implementing corrective actions and embracing detective controls helped one team regain control of their P-Card program

About the presenter:
Kathleen Fisher is a procurement agent for the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority at Tampa International Airport. She is responsible for managing the benchmarking, purchasing card and sourcing programs, supplier registration, the supplier ePayment and online invoicing initiatives. She also provides support to the operations, general aviation and public safety and security departments.

Kathleen has a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Florida. She earned her CPCP designation in 2015 and her CPPB designation in 2016. Kathleen is an active member of NIGP, the Tampa Bay Area Chapter of NIGP and the Airport Purchasing Group. She also currently serves as the Professional Development Chair for the Tampa Bay Area Chapter of NIGP.

From sending an email containing policy information to using spreadsheets to conduct your audit, Microsoft Office is a tool used daily to help manage programs by everyone. But, is everyone making the most out of those resources? Office 365 is an ever-expanding toolbox that most workers underutilize. Let us show you how we have implemented efficiencies, fostered collaboration, gathered customer feedback and so much more using the tools that were already at our fingertips. Attendees will leave with the with real takeaways they can immediately bring back to their office and implement.

About the presenters:
Kelly Goodman, the travel program administrator for Florida Virtual Schools, ensures that 2,200 plus staff accurately request, book and expense over 5,000 trips annually. She oversees the Concur Travel & Expense system, which is supported with purchase information from Florida Virtual Schools' P-Card program, creates resources for all employees, trains staff and more. Focusing on compliance and efficiency, she likes nothing more than solving problems and making processes easier.

Donovan Carr, MBA, CPCP, is the Procurement Card Administrator for Florida Virtual Schools. He oversees the 209-card program, which is company-billed, company-paid and 100 percent audited. He works with cardholders on policy and compliance, with auditors providing information and resolving issues, and with several contracted hotel vendors. Donovan is known for his excellent customer service and his always-present smile.

Finding the meeting room:
Start with the airport map
The Tampa International Airport will have a guest services representative in the main terminal near the train to assist with finding the meeting room. Also look for directional signage near the Earhart elevators.

Parking:
Using the Economy Parking Garage is recommended. Rates are $1 per 20 minutes, with a maximum charge of $10 per day. The train stops at the parking garage and connects to the main terminal in 3-4 minutes.

Dress is business casual. The meeting room temperature may fluctuate. Please dress and plan accordingly.

NAPCP CANCELLATION POLICY
: If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. A partial refund will be issued for cancellations made more than one week prior to the start of the event. An administration fee, equal to 50% of the registration fee, applies.
Registered delegates who do not attend or cancel less than one week prior to the event are liable for the entire fee. Cancellations must be in writing to heidi_kaliher@napcp.org.

PROGRAM CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: The NAPCP reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. The NAPCP will make every effort to contact each enrollee if a program is cancelled. If a program is not held for any reason, the NAPCP's liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only.
