If you are struggling to control indirect tail spend, you might be managing the problem in the wrong way. Currently, your procurement process, P-Card and Corporate Cards only solve part of the problem. Indirect long-tail spending is difficult to control because it's often decentralized—small infrequent spending is done by employees who don't have access to the right solution for this type of spending. 

To more effectively capture this spend and eliminate rogue spending once and for all, you need to arm your business teams and empower your employees to manage the problem. You can gain flexible control and visibility over your indirect tail spend problem by giving the right spend solution to every employee. In this session, you will learn how to:

  • extend your Corporate Card program to provide a solution that can be safely and easily given to every single employee at your company
  • gain control and visibility over indirect long tail spending and stop rogue spending once and for all
  • consolidate all indirect long-tail spend at your company

Tracy Kellaher, Director of Banking Alliances, Tradeshift, Inc.

Tracy Kellaher is Director of Banking Alliances at Tradeshift, the business commerce company. Tracy looks after Tradeshift's relationships with financial institutions that seek to deliver Commercial Card, trade and receivables finance, and supply chain finance solutions through the FinTech's global eCommerce platform. Prior to Tradeshift, Tracy was VP of Development at a FinTech, building online lending platforms for banks to automate commercial lending applications and credit and KYC evaluation processes for corporates and counter parties. She also worked for 10 years at Equifax where she most recently focused on helping financial institutions manage credit risk in their consumer portfolios. Tracy holds a BA from Brown University and lives in St. Louis, MO with her husband, two children and their beloved chocolate lab.

Continuing Education Points  
In order to earn 0.25 points toward CPCP initial eligibility, re-certification or receive supporting documentation for possible continuing education credit, you must be (1) registered on the NAPCP website and GoToWebinar and (2) you must log into GoToWebinar the day of the webinar individually. Attendance cannot be tracked if you do not log in individually and therefore you will not receive CPCP credit.  
Registration Process 

The NAPCP is using the GoToWebinar solution to facilitate the event. Please note the two-step registration process:

Step 1. Please click the blue Register Button at the top of this page. After you click "Submit," you will view a thank-you page that includes instructions and a hyperlink to the GoToWebinar event page.

Step 2. Click the GoToWebinar link in the thank-you page and simply enter your first name, last name and email address to "reserve your seat" in the webinar. This is an important step so that you receive instructions to join the webinar the day of the event.
