Description

When detective-like sleuthing of expenses takes priority, in every billing cycle the stronger review leads to an easier gathering of spend insights and greater visibility of spend. After all, monitoring spend data helps keep fraud and non-compliance in check. When maintaining a card program leaves little room for thoroughly examining expenses, data analytics, infused with expertise from Card Integrity, can free up your workload from handling ongoing reviews and allow more time to focus on bigger matters such as communicating insights or growing your card program. In this demonstration, attendees will be able to:

  • recognize deterrents to ongoing expense monitoring practices
  • consider how reviews are easier and more efficient with consistent, thorough analysis and reporting
  • explain how pairing data analytics with human expertise strengthens the review process
  • examine custom spend reporting and the usefulness of timely, relevant spend data
  • evaluate analyzed and prioritized spend data to collect and communicate spend insights
Target Audience

P-Card administrators, managers and directors.

This 60-minute presentation is open to both end-users only.
