Heather Miller, CPCP, MBA, the NAPCP's Community Engagement Manager, will join a panel discussion at the upcoming ACTE Global Summit in Amsterdam, October 23-25, 2019. Recent ACTE research, underwritten by Mastercard with results interpretation provided by the NAPCP, explores what payment solutions are currently being used for corporate travel, as well as emerging payment solution options. Findings reveal there is not one type of payment solution that works for all travel programmes. 

“Payment Trends and Best Practices in Corporate Travel

 In this session, attendees will:

  • Hear from industry leaders about best use cases for various payment types;
  • Hear what works from the perspective of different buyers and end users; and
  • Have an opportunity to share your voice on which payment solution works best for your programme.

Heather Miller, CPCP, MBA, NAPCP Community Engagement Manager

Heather's passion for Commercial Cards started in 2010 when she started managing the card program for University of Phoenix. There, she served as primary resource to over 4,000 cardholders—creating, managing, and auditing card and travel policies. Since joining the NAPCP in 2017, she has created advisory committees for Travel Card programs and organizations in the Corporate sector. She collaborates with more than 20,000 members and subscribers to create best practices for card programs within the U.S., Canada and EMEA region. Heather holds the Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) credential and is the chairperson of the Purchasing Card Professional Certification Council. She completed her MBA in May 2017 and now spends her free time traveling and watching Denver Broncos football with her family.
