NAPCP and Accenture 2018 Supplier Acceptance Survey Report
 


Supplier acceptance is a critical element in the Commercial Card process and key to program success. The
 NAPCP and Accenture conduct periodic surveys of end-users to determine supplier acceptance rates for both P-Card and ePayables by world region and product category. This most recent survey was conducted September through November of 2017.

Similar to the first two editions of this survey conducted in 2009 and 2013, this edition was designed to identify supplier acceptance challenges encountered by end-users and the corresponding strategies or tactics used to overcome them. In this “Third Edition | March 2018” survey report, time-series comparisons of how supplier acceptance has evolved from 2009 to 2017 are reported.
