Yael-Bar Judah, Corporate Purchasing Card Program Manager, Greater European Region (GER), Intel Corporation
Yael joined Intel in 2004 as a Transaction Specialist and Israel P-Card Program Manager. In 2008, Yael assumed responsibility for the Intel GER Corporate Purchasing Program. She has over 10 years of general purchasing and P-Card experience. Yael graduated from Ben Gurion University in 2004 with a B.A. in Behavior Science and Manpower Management. In 2007 Yael obtained her MBA from Derby University.
Clare Colman, Head of Financial Services, Leeds City Council
Clare Colman joined Leeds City Council in 1992 on the Graduate Accountant programme. As a Chartered Public Finance Accountant (CPFA), Clare has over 20 years experience across finance and internal audit supporting service areas in education, adult social care, highways and transportation. Now Head of Financial Services, Clare plays a strategic role budget setting with a focus on optimising the accounts payable, Purchasing Cards and payroll processes. Clare was instrumental in implementing the Purchasing Card programme, dealing with over 850 card holders and £40m spend.
Andreia De Caires, Senior Product Manager, Visa Europe
Andreia De Caires joined Visa Europe eight years ago and currently leads the development of B2B payments solutions for the European market. At Visa, she is focused on optimisation of Visa Purchasing programmes as well as developing new technology to support procurement and ePayables applications. She has over 15 years of experience in card payments in B2B. Prior to Visa, Andreia was in Business Development for a large Commercial Card provider working with very large, complex multinationals to optimize card usage, developing and implementing programme best practices that became standard practice with the providers’ wider client base.
Edward Galvin, Head of Commercial Expansion & Engagement, Visa Europe
Edward Galvin is a responsible for the Visa Commercial expansion and engagement activities for Europe. Edward and team support member banks in adopting commercial solutions and platforms to drive growth across their commercial portfolios. Most recently, Edward was responsible for Commercial Specialized Sales for Visa in the Large market segment in North America. This role involved working consultatively with card issuing partners to win commercial card portfolios and to ensure the optimal deployment of Visa commercial solutions to support both the Issuer and customer needs. Edward initiated his career working as a Management Consultant for Deloitte in London, UK. His subsequent career in Commercial card has spanned both the European and US space. Prior to joining Visa, Edward held a Sales Consulting position with Deecal & First Data. Edward graduated with a Bachelors’ of Commerce and a Masters’ of Science degrees (Accounting, Finance & Information) from University College Cork, Ireland.
Carolyn Hardee, Expense Management Program Manager, Autodesk Inc.
Carolyn is the Expense Management Program Manager at Autodesk Inc., the leader in 3D design, engineering and entertainment software. Her team has responsibility for Corporate Cards and Purchasing Cards globally for Autodesk. She was also the Travel Manager at Autodesk for six and a half years before moving to her current role in finance. She has worked for two airlines, a travel agency, an online travel company and a GDS. In addition to working in the U.S., she has worked in APAC and EMEA. She has spoken on panels for the NAPCP, ACTE, GBTA and Concur. 
Mike McCarthy, Channel Manager, Fraedom
Mike joined Fraedom in 2014 and is responsible for Fraedom’s Banking Channel Partner Management in EMEA. Prior to Fraedom, Mike held various senior roles at HSBC and BT, and has over 10 years’ experience working with large corporates and financial institutions to optimise their supply chain and grow payment strategies. In his current role, Mike supports Fraedom’s strategic partners such as Lloyds Bank and Visa to optimize and grow Commercial Card volumes with consultancy and technology services.
David Rankin, Managing Director of KAE Consulting
David Rankin is Managing Director of strategic marketing consultancy KAE and Group Finance Director of Optimisa plc, its holding company. He is a well-connected career consultant with access to corporate decision-makers around the world. Having started his career at LEK Consulting, David moved to a FTSE 250 client as the Financial Director before participating in the acquisition of KAE from MINTEL in 1990. During his life at KAE, he has designed and managed hundreds of assignments involving B2B proposition and service development. A regular speaker at CPI and other professional bodies, David has also been published in The Banker, Admap, Financial Marketing and the Journal of Financial Services Marketing.  
Jack Reynaert, Manager Global Travel, Meritor Inc.
Jack entered into the travel industry in 1977, while attending the University of Michigan where he majored in Economics, and minored in Geography and Psychology. Currently at Meritor, he implemented sweeping changes to the company’s travel program, including a Corporate Credit Card program, mandating compliance and incorporating individual charge, central pay and corporate liable, which is fully integrated with Concur Expense—capturing 98% of potential rebate vs. 0% in prior state. Jack served as president and chairman of the Michigan Business Travel Association and is the recipient of the Global Business Travel Association's Business Travel Professional Service Award.  

Katharina Spittel, Commodity Manager Travel EMEA, United Technologies Corporation
Katharina Spittel is a graduate of Purdue University and has been with United Technologies in various supply chain functions since 2005. Based in Paris she took over leadership of the Travel Commodity for the EMEA region in 2011. In this role Katharina manages supplier relations, service delivery and compliance for the Travel Management Company (TMC), air, hotel, car rental and credit card programs across a diverse business structure of over 300 entities in more than 30 markets. Most recently Katharina led the UTC global TMC RFP.

James Sykes, Head of Sales - Commercial Card Solutions, Lloyds Banking Group
James has over 10 years experience in Commercial Card issuing sales divisions covering both corporate and public Sectors. Working for Barclaycard and now Lloyds, he has been part of the new business teams that have delivered some of the largest issuing deals in the UK, including Leeds City Council. James joined Lloyds in January 2013 to deliver a new strategy and proposition for Lloyds Commercial Cards division and is now Senior Manager within mid markets.
