NAPCP and Accenture Release 2018 Supplier Acceptance Report

Thursday, April 5, 2018   (0 Comments)
Posted by: Amy Allen

Supplier acceptance is a critical element in the Commercial Card process and key to program success. The NAPCP and Accenture conduct periodic surveys of end-users to determine supplier acceptance rates of P-Card and ePayables by world region and product category. The recent survey was conducted from September to November 2017.

Similar to the first two editions of this survey conducted in 2009 and 2013, this edition was designed to identify supplier acceptance challenges encountered by end-users and corresponding strategies or tactics to overcome them. In this third edition survey, time-series comparisons of how supplier acceptance has evolved from 2009 to 2017 are reported.
