Commercial Card Consortiums

We all know that the Commercial Card industry is never static. It is ever-changing with additional products to consider and new technologies that add efficiencies. An interesting concept to consider is a Commercial Card consortium (aka cooperative).

They can exist in various ways: state, regional, groups specific to a card issuer or sector groups, and are normally offered to government entities only. You may ask why your organization should consider this. At the forefront would be the efficiencies added by not having to go through your own RFP process. Secondly, an increase in your annual revenue share could be realized.
