The NAPCP Announces New CPCP Recipients

Congratulations to the most recent recipients of the Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) credential, who took the exam in June 2018. These individuals hail from 17 U.S. States and Canada. Among those earning their CPCP credential was David Wang, Procurement Systems Manager, DFW Airport, in Dallas Texas. Wang was one of five recipients of the 2017 NAPCP/TD Bank CPCP scholarship.

“Many thanks to NAPCP and TD Bank for sponsoring my CPCP Scholarship,” said Wang. “You have encouraged me to expand my career aspirations. I believe that our contributions to the NAPCP community are magnified when we challenge ourselves to enrich our knowledge base, widen our vision, demonstrate best practices and share resources in the profession and the industry.”

The CPCP credential is a milestone for professionals who take ownership of their careers, providing a basis for continued personal and professional growth. It provides documented evidence to a current or potential employer that you have been examined by an independent certifying organization and found to possess a mastery of the body of knowledge in the specialized field of Purchasing Cards. The next application deadline is August 31, 2018 for the October 2018 testing period.
