Working with Upper Management Can Render Big Benefits - January 2019 TransAct!

Thursday, January 31, 2019   (0 Comments)
Posted by: Terri Brustad

The January 2019 Transact! includes the perspectives of end-users who have found that working alongside upper management helped achieve program goals. In the case of Southern Company Services, the collaboration helped launch a disaster plan that has been used several times and P-Cards are front and center. Providing complete transparency is the main strategy Corrie Contreras of the City and County of Denver uses to maintain open lines of communication for all involved with her program.

A global perspective for all banking business lines are reviewed for 2018 and the 2019 outlook provided by the 2019 Banking and Capital Markets Outlook by Deloitte Center for Financial Services. A decade after the financial crisis finds the banking industry on firmer ground. Insightful and current applications of blockchain, artificial intelligence, digitization, deep learning, modernization, strategic transformation and more are discussed, providing the reader with present day use cases and context. The impact of current regulation and outlook for additional regulation and its related impact is discussed.
