In addition to being an outstanding place for education and networking, the NAPCP Annual Commercial Card and Payment Conference is an opportunity for us to recognize extraordinary members who have given stand-out service to our professional community and the industry during the previous year.

“The NAPCP is a member-based organization and without the leadership, input, and expertise of our members we would not be the significant organization we are today,” said Diane McGuire, NAPCP Managing Director. “It is with great pleasure and gratitude that we present our annual awards.”

This year the NAPCP awarded the following:

End-User of the Year Award

This year we recognized Jack Reynaert, Manager, Global Travel at Meritor as End-User-of -the-Year. Jack hit the ground running when he joined the NAPCP, generously giving of his time and expertise and serving as a de facto mentor to our professional community. Since 2014, Jack has presented at our Annual, European and Canadian conferences and was a workshop instructor this year. Those who attended the annual conference this month would have encountered him as an enthusiastic contributor to our roundtable discussions. He also leads the Travel Advisory Board and has been a contributor to the TransAct! Newsletter.

“Not only are we appreciative of Jack’s expertise in the travel sector as well as his overall industry knowledge and enthusiasm but we are in awe of his professional demeanor and character,” said Katie Beatty, Community Engagement Specialist.  “In the beginning I looked at Jack as a mentor to our members and he’s turned into a friend.”

Provider of the Year Award

Provider-of-the-Year Steve Johnson, Senior Director - Information Security at Visa, Inc. has championed the NAPCP for years. As one of our long-time Annual Sponsors, Visa, Inc. has played a major role in the NAPCP’s organizational development and success, and we are grateful to Steve, whose commitment to the industry and vision for our organization has made that support possible. Steve has been an activate participant in many ways, contributing his expertise in the form of whitepapers, newsletter articles, and general content development. He has participated in user groups and presented at NAPCP conferences and at virtual events.

“Steve has always seen the value of the NAPCP and how to align our goals with Visa’s organizational goals,” said Laura Flandrick, NAPCP Managing Director. “In addition to serving the industry he is always looking for ways to educate end-users to help them grow their card and payments programs.”
