Repeatedly, fraud and misuse tend to be the topic of interest when it comes to growing Commercial Card programs worldwide. Utilizing Commercial Cards enables organizations to place controls on spending limits and merchant categories, with Commercial Cards having the lowest rate of fraud over any other payment method. To better understand how organizations are utilizing analytical software, the NAPCP spoke with Fidel Coutou, program manager for Rogers Communications located in Toronto, Canada. Fidel manages both the Purchasing Card program (2,500 cards) and the Corporate Travel Card program (7,000 cards), and is a leading voice in the Commercial Card industry in Canada.
