The NAPCP Commercial Card and Payment Conference is the premier education and networking event in the industry, covering all Commercial Card and Payment vehicles, including Purchasing Card, Travel Card, Fleet Card, Ghost Card, Declining Balance Card, ePayables and other electronic payment options.

This event gathers 600 end-users (from corporate, government and higher education organizations) and providers, who develop and support the payment infrastructure.

Most breakout sessions are presented by end-users, with a nice complement of providers offering educational sessions, product and technology demonstrations, and expertise in the Exhibit Hall. To stretch your travel dollar, we recommend you schedule a one-on-one meeting with participating providers. (Look for details in early 2020.)

We've put together a variety of educational formats that appeal to every learning style: formal classroom-style presentations with Q&A, product and technology demonstrations from leading providers, and more intimate roundtable discussion sessions. We provide links to presentations* so attendees can review key takeaways after the conference. Beginning in November, visit the sessions page often as details unfold.

Attendees earn three points toward Certified Purchasing Card Professional initial eligibility or recertification.

Why Attend? Meet Industry Providers and Experts

There's nothing like an Exhibit Hall to learn more about today's products, services and industry trends. With all this provider expertise under one roof, we move it beyond the hall into Partner Sponsor Breakout Sessions (educational) and Provider Demonstrations (providers' chance to sell and introduce their new technologies and innovations; end-users' chance to evaluate). During our Call for Presenters process (August 16-October 1, 2019), we secure end-users, consultants and other industry experts to deliver and facilitate keynote presentations, educational sessions, hot topic discussions and roundtables.
