Overview and opportunity

Virtual demonstrations have become a popular element of the NAPCP's education program, providing learning opportunities and resources for Commercial Card and payment professionals. Your organization can take advantage of a virtual demonstration to present a sales and product-focused webinar and gain the undivided attention of the NAPCP's extensive industry, end-user only audience. You can showcase your organization's expertise on an industry topic or demonstrate your Commercial Card and payment industry technology, products and services in a 60-minute virtual demonstration.

The NAPCP uses the GoToWebinar solution to facilitate demonstrations and manage the online registration process. Attendees will not pay a fee; however, they will be required to pre-register. If preferred, virtual demonstrations can be restricted to end-users only so your audience is guaranteed to be exactly who you want. You will receive a post-demonstration attendee list. Ideally, the registration period for each virtual demonstration should be 8-10 weeks ahead of the event to ensure ample time to market and advertise your demonstration. This gives you maximum exposure on our website and in NAPCP communications to our more than 20,000 NAPCP members and complimentary subscribers.

The cost for each virtual demonstration is:
  • $4,000 for Year-Round Partner Sponsors
  • $5,500 for Non Year-Round Partner Sponsors

Virtual Demonstration Recording and Format

The NAPCP records each demonstration and is available for our members and subscribers to download complimentary in the NAPCP store. The recording is usually available within one week of the demonstration. The sponsoring company does have the option to not include the recording in the store. The recording will not be shared with the sponsoring company outside of the NAPCP store. A typical demonstration agenda will include a 5-10 minute introduction, 45-50 minute presentation and 5-10 minutes of Q&A. GoToWebinar is the NAPCP's preferred system. Online registration for the demonstration will be managed through the NAPCP event registration system. 

The NAPCP Virtual Demonstration includes:

  • 60 minute session 
  • Final attendee list with contact information (post-event)
  • Ability to restrict to just end-users if preferred
  • One dedicated e-mail promoting the virtual demonstration to the NAPCP member and complimentary subscriber base (over 20,000)
  • Your logo and a link from the NAPCP event website to your website
  • Demonstration listing in the NAPCP event calendar
  • Multiple promotions such as the "60 days in 60 seconds" e-mail update, NAPCP newsletter, etc.
