NAPCP Peer-to-Peer Awards and Outstanding Contributor Recognition
The Commercial Card Manager and Provider of the Year awards are given to one end-user and one provider each year at the NAPCP Annual Conference. These award winners were nominated by peers in their industry for their commitment to drive Commercial Card industry best practices and processes. The NAPCP also awards Contributor of the Year recognition to one provider and one end-user for their outstanding contributions to the association during the previous year. Congratulations to the 2020 recipients!

Natieka Washington, CPCP, Purchasing Card Program Manager at Houston Methodist Hospital 

A native Houstonian and proud graduate of Houston Community College, Ms. Washington went on to earn her Bachelors of Business Administration in accounting from the Jesse H. Jones School of Business at Texas Southern University. Following a passion to give back to her community, she initially joined the Houston Community College family excelling in the finance department. Her years at Houston Community College led to program growth with a focus on process, compliance and gaining the respect of customers throughout the organization. Natika's drive and ambition paved the way to a promotion overseeing the procurement and Travel Card programs within the procurement operations.

As a former small business owner, she understands firsthand the value of the Purchasing Card and benefits that intersect between the procurement process and business community. With a focus on process, combined with her sunny disposition, she grew the program while ensuring the strictest compliance and gaining the respect of clients throughout the organization.

In late 2017, she became the Purchasing Card Program Manager at Houston Methodist Hospital where she has grown the program, implemented new training tools and introduced a new travel program. Natieka is currently a student at Houston Baptist University, graduating this December with her MBA in accounting. Natieka spends the remainder of her time serving as a member of the NAPCP Corporate Advisory Team where she continues to enjoy working within the Commercial Card industry.

Larry Lambright, Manager, Account Development, American Express

Larry Lambright has been with American Express Global Commercial Services for 22 years, starting as a Customer Service Representative in U.S. Large Market. He currently works in the Global Client Group, where he is accountable for the relationships with two very large Global clients. During his career, Larry has demonstrated leadership and focus that has driven results for his customers. He has expertise in all forms of commercial payments, including T&E, supplier payment, tail spend and ERP integration.

 

Larry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign. He also holds a Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. Currently, he resides in Philadelphia, PA.

 

In his spare time, Larry enjoys traveling (especially to National Park sites), reading, and watching movies.

 

Outstanding End-User Contributor of the Year 2020 Outstanding Provider Contributor of the Year 2020

Donna Ginter, Ph.D., CPCP, C.P.M., CPPO, Executive Director, Procurement and Travel Services, The George Washington University  

Donna is a career procurement professional beginning with her first job out of college as a buyer with Lockheed and General Electric Aircraft Engines. The public sector came calling and she started to work in acquisition for cities, counties, school districts, special taxing districts and even the federal sector. Donna holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, that upon graduation she put to work for the National Institute of Governmental Procurement as the Director of Research and Consulting Programs.   

In 2010 she joined the George Washington University where she is the current Executive Director of Procurement and Travel Services. Donna manages the P-Card program, expense reimbursements, travel, supplier registration as well as contract services for the university. Donna and her husband Mike live in Virginia and have three children and five grandchildren to spoil!

Greg Hamilton, Director, Public Sector Business Development, Mastercard Worldwide 

Greg joined the Mastercard Worldwide team in 2012 after more than 25 years as a leader in this market segment working directly for several large issuers and technology partners. As Director of Public Sector Sales for large market Commercial Payments in the U.S., he and his bank issuing partners are actively involved in assisting with RFP development, program design, implementation and overall sales and service strategy for state and local Government, higher education and not-for-profit organizations. Greg’s responsibilities include Commercial Credit Products including Virtual Payments, Purchasing Card,Travel Card and Fleet applications.

Greg has lived in the Denver area since 1988 and has in-depth experience in sales and sales management, e-procurement technology, data integration, implementation, training, merchant acquisition, relationship management, program expansion and process consulting.

Greg has successfully partnered with hundreds of clients in both the public and private sector, helping them to realize significant cost savings and increasing internal efficiencies associated with implementing electronic payment solutions.
