Overall Feedback: Attendee evaluations varied (fair to excellent), but the majority noted an overall rating of "very good" and indicated the content was "just right" for the target audience. A few noted that the content was "too basic."

Attendee Comments:

  • I came away with an idea that has the potential to save us money, time and make things easier for some travelers. That is a very good investment on the time & cost for the webinar. Who knows what else I may find when I get a chance to read the report and materials again.
  • This was mostly basic common sense stuff. We were more interested in state-of-the art best practice specifics, not generalities.
  • Speaker came across very well. Informed and able to communicate the content in easy to listen to style. His ability to address questions using his background and topic knowledge gave his answers more credibility.
  • Started off slow (very basic) and then got into the interesting stuff.
